What services does LAYODIS offer?

LAYODIS supports businesses with their main needs in accounting, tax, payroll and HR, legal matters, audit and statutory audit, as well as consulting and support with company formation.

Yes. We help you structure your project: choosing the legal form, drafting the articles of association, completing the incorporation formalities, then setting up your accounting and your tax and social security obligations from day one.

Ideally as soon as the company is formed, so that you start on a sound footing. But it is never too late: a growth phase, the need for management dashboards, a specific transaction or a tax inspection are all moments when the right support makes a difference.

We first review your situation and expectations with you. We then take over your file in liaison with your previous firm (accounting records, tax returns, upcoming deadlines) to ensure your obligations continue without interruption.

They keep or supervise your books, prepare your annual financial statements and your tax and social security returns, and advise you on running your business. They also help you obtain reliable information to steer your business and make decisions.

A statutory audit is mandatory for certain companies, depending on their legal form and size. An auditor may also be engaged on a contractual basis, at the request of the shareholders or a financial partner, or for specific transactions (contributions in kind, conversions, mergers, etc.).

Yes. In addition to ongoing support, we take on one-off assignments: contractual audits, legal transactions, financing applications, organisational reviews or training. Each engagement is defined with you according to your needs.
